In 2015, Flextronics was known primarily as a contract electronics manufacturer and global supply chain company. We were approached by their CMO to help re-position and re-brand the company in order to convey its new strategy as a global “sketch-to-scale” solutions provider that designs and builds intelligent products for a connected world.
Time was limited so we structured two collaborative brainstorming sessions with just the CMO and our CEO to craft the vision, mission, brand promise, value proposition, and tagline – delivering a complete brand platform in just two weeks.
We then created a series of videos to launch the new brand worldwide. We also consulted on the technical implementation of their new Customer Experience Center – a state-of-the-art presentation space that features a stunning 44-monitor video wall across three sides of the room.
