With Visa, it only takes a moment to tap to pay and be on your way. It’s not magic, but it sure feels like it. So how do you de-mystify a complex technology like near field communications while keeping it fun, approachable and informative for a non-techie consumer audience?
IDEA
Our idea was to create a simple, quirky, light-hearted visual approach that mixed graphics, animation and live action scenes in a “stop motion” style that allowed us to move effortlessly between a point of sale environment and conceptual “explainer” graphics.
Our Intrepid in-house team wrote the script, shot the live action scenes on stage, designed and created the animation, color-graded and then mastered the video in our state-of-the-art studio. The video has been a big hit on Visa.com and is the first in a series of videos that will help explain how Visa’s payment technologies improve our lives.
