With a global business portfolio, GE is at the forefront of the industrial IOT and digital transformation – combining industrial engineering with sensors, software and big data analytics to create intelligent, networked machines that maximize efficiency. GE chose ServiceNow as their partner for their customer service platform so customers could monitor and manage fleets of industrial machines through self-service portals.
IDEA
Our process for customer success stories surfaces the core story to be explored in on-camera interviews. In this case, we focused on ServiceNow’s role as a true partner in GE’s transformation journey. We then interviewed three customers on site at GE Digital’s headquarters in California. Motion graphics illustrated how GE’s IoT platform delivered data and insights, while live action b-roll highlighted ServiceNow’s applications.
IMPACT
The video opened the CIO’s keynote at Knowledge, ServiceNow’s annual user conference, is featured on ServiceNow.com and social media channels, and is being used for field sales enablement.
