Prior to re-branding as Flex – an innovative “sketch to scale” partner in the age of intelligence, employees perceived Flextronics as a contract electronics manufacturer, EMS company or end-to-end supply chain solutions company. They weren’t aware of the value proposition of the new company or how they fit in. Many didn’t make a connection between what they do every day and the company’s mission, or feel that they played an important role within the company.
IDEA
Flex’s CMO set out to change that perception – engaging us to create a high level employer brand video to inspire and motivate Flex employees to personally identify with the company’s new direction, and create a strong employer brand to ensure recruitment success. Our idea was to tell the Flex brand story in a simple, powerful and confident manner – using on-screen text to drive the narrative. We shot this piece and a brand anthem video together for production efficiency.
